Going big on their first ever Giving Hearts Day, Clay County Fair & Agricultural Society is taking home the GoBIG Fundraising Award! This award is given to a first-time participant that receives the largest gift from a single donor.
The Clay County Fair & Agricultural Society mission is to showcase 4-H and FFA projects, skills, and abilities as well as provide agricultural and cultural heritage education and entertainment to those attending the fair.
After this successful day, they will be able to make renovations to the restrooms at the Clay County Fairgrounds, which haven’t been updated in more than 75 years. The new restrooms will not only be handicap accessible, but will also provide space for a family room.
This organization is entirely run by volunteers, and without it, there wouldn’t be an opportunity to showcase the incredible talents of youth in 4-H and FFA to all those attending the fair. Learn more at the link below!
GHD Awards are co-sponsored by Bush Foundation and Dakota Medical Foundation.
